TRP has the knowledge to assist your interior design department and architectural/construction personnel in choosing vendors that offer quality products, pricing, on time deliveries, and complete follow up. TRP was established in 2001 by the former Manager of Procurement of Interstate Hotels Company (IHC), a leader in hotel management. Past experience at IHC established contacts with hundreds of manufacturers and vendors and developed trust, credibility and ethics. That knowledge gives TRP the best pricing from quality vendors to complete an exceptional project.
Service
serv·ice - noun, adjective, verb - contribution to the welfare of others; a helpful act; to perform any of the business functions auxiliary to production or distribution.
TRP offers its customers unsurpassed service. All items are sourced out (if possible) to a minimum of three vendors to insure the best possible pricing. Every purchase order is expedited within three days of submittal to a vendor confirming pricing and delivery dates. Orders are continuously verified and the end user is notified when their order ships and when to expect delivery. An order is never too small or too large an order for TRP. From complete FF&E for a hotel being newly built to a single lamp we treat each order with the same professionalism.

TRP has years of experience. From new builds to renovations to purchasing operating supplies and equipment (OSE); furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) including public space, guestrooms, and corridors; and "back of the house" items such as kitchen and laundry equipment, lockers, shelving, health club equipment; door locks, signage, master antenna systems, etc. Our extensive experience is shown in the Projects tab.
